Eleven TV and Rosso and Azzuro Relocate to Two Express, Ancoats
03 July 2025PJD Group have announced significant lettings within their estate as two tenants have moved into larger suites relocating from One Express to Two Express. Both buildings are owned by the PJD Group.
The first floor at Two Express became vacant in January 2025 and the two tenants moved quickly to secure the space which the landlord divided to provide two suites.
Eleven Sports Media Limited have taken 7250 sq. ft and Rosso & Azzurro Retail Limited have taken 6250 sq. ft, reflecting a significant increase from their previous suite size in One Express.
