Award-winning professional services business, AMS Group, has announced an expansion to Grade A self-contained office space in the heart of Manchester’s Spinningfields at 1 Hardman Street, spanning 16,423 sq. ft. The deal was negotiated by OBI Property, who acted on behalf of the landlord, Charles Street Buildings Group.

AMS Group provides an integrated range of professional services to the mid-market in the UK across many sectors including property and healthcare. “We are in an ambitious but well-planned trajectory of growth” commented Ebrahim Sidat, AMS Group CEO. “The impressive space and style offered by our new headquarters will serve both our clients and growing teams very well.”

AMS Group will conduct its core services from the new Spinningfields address where specialist teams offering auditing, accounting, tax, advisory and other services will be based. 1 Hardman Street sits at the entrance to Spinningfields and its self-contained, luxury premises include outdoor roof terraces and a café.

Andrew Cowell, of the Transactions and Asset Management team at OBI, said:

“1 Hardman Square is a fantastic workspace building situated in the midst of Manchester’s business district, making it the perfect place for AMS to bring its teams together in its new HQ building. This is a notable letting and reinforces that Spinningfields remains one of the most popular commercial districts”

AMS Group has been enjoying solid growth in recent years through six strategic acquisitions, adding a strength of additional services to the group. AMS Group is on track to surpass its end of year target of £20m turnover, 200+ employees and 10+ offices nationwide – led from its new Manchester premises.
