3 Hardman Square the new home to G2V Recruitment Group
05 September 2024In August 2024, G2V Recruitment Group, an award-winning staffing specialist, has chosen the prestigious 3 Hardman Square office building in Spinningfields, Manchester, as its new base in the city.
G2V Recruitment Group, which operates in the Technology, Engineering, Life Sciences, and Government sectors, has over 25 offices across the UK, EU, and US. This move marks their expansion from their current location at The Chancery, 58 Spring Gardens, to 12,300 sq ft on part of the 3rd floor at 3 Hardman Square, Spinningfields, under a new 10-year lease.
Royal London Asset Management Property has made significant investments in 3 Hardman Square to enhance the occupier experience. The building now features a two-tiered business lounge offering various meeting and social spaces, as well as a state-of-the-art wellness hub with private shower blocks, changing facilities, and secure cycle storage.
Situated in the heart of Spinningfields, 3 Hardman Square provides tenants with a wide range of retail and leisure amenities, including M&S Food Halls and renowned restaurants like The Ivy and Sexy Fish. The 22-acre estate has also recently earned the prestigious Green Flag Award, placing it among iconic locations such as the Gardens of Versailles and Hyde Park.
The combination of world-class green spaces, amenities, and top-tier refurbished office spaces delivered by developers like Royal London has led to 166,000 sq ft of new leases being signed within the estate in the past 12 months.
